Delmar Studio City view No. 2

Positive: Fantastic Place. EXCELLENT quality for the price, Unique Cleanliness.Very Respectful Staff, Thanks to Mr. Taha & Mr. Omar.

Positive: I had a terrible experience at Delmar Appartments between the staff’s behaviour and the filthiness of the studio I genuinely don’t recommend staying at this accommodation. Negative: Very rude and disrespectful staff, the bathroom was stinky, not clean and had a terrible smell. The kitchen facilities were also not clean at all!

Positive: Taha the management guy did stunning job,finally someone who take care of his job!!Mohammed the guy who cleaned the room was top. I would definitely come back!! I felt like home,if you are looking for a familiar place,it was good for me.studio room was decent size and clean, although is near a street,it felt calm at night. Negative: If they keep prices according to quality,it can be a good place for short term,so I liked how it is now, actually I stayed longer than my original idea.

Very good value for money but it could be better Positive: Very good location. The apartment had everything we needed and it was very good for the money paid. Negative: The water was yellow. I don't know if it's the water quality or the old pipes but this was very troublesome. There was a lot of noise coming from everywhere. There's no noise isolation whatsoever. The microwave was also a bit dirty but the rest was good overall. The pictures are a bit misleading.
