Positive: Die Wohnung ist super sauber , klimatisiert, hat Küche, alle Besteck was man braucht, Bettenbezug neu gewaschen gebügelt, Fernseher , hat Meerblick im Zweizimmer , wir haben uns wohlgefühlt Negative: Haus steht am Berg, sodass man jeden Tag hin und zurück Berg hoch und absteigen muss, der nächsten Strand ist ungefähr 600 M weg zu Fuß, keine Oder wenig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, keine Kindervergnügen nah

Excellent apartment, but the unexpected changes to the promised beach access made my stay disappoint Positive: The apartment itself was exactly as shown in the photos. It was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful sea view. The location is convenient, close to a main road, with supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you might need nearby. The staff in the building and the local residents were friendly, welcoming, and respectful. Negative: Unfortunately, my overall experience was negatively affected by several issues. The biggest problem was that my Booking.com confirmation clearly stated that my reservation included free access to a private beach located 1.5 km away. After I booked and paid, this information disappeared from the property's page. When I contacted Booking.com, they confirmed that my original confirmation did include free beach access, but the property had later updated the listing without informing guests who had already booked. When I arrived, I was told that I had to pay 100 EGP per person to enter the beach instead of receiving free access. Taha, who assisted me, was polite and respectful, and he explained that the normal entrance fee is 200 EGP per person, but Delmar guests receive a discounted rate of 100 EGP. I have no complaints about Taha personally; he was helpful. However, I was disappointed with the beach access policy because it did not match the confirmation I received when making my reservation. Another downside is that the apartment is located on a steep hill, which can be inconvenient. The beach experience itself was also disappointing. The beach we were directed to was Orange Beach (managed through REDCON Suites), not what I expected based on the booking information. The beach is acceptable, but the behavior of the REDCON Suites beach staff was very poor. They were disrespectful toward both Egyptian and foreign guests. I even witnessed staff insulting foreign tourists in Arabic, assuming they would not understand, and there was an unnecessary argument with my father. The poor attitude of the beach staff significantly affected our experience. Also, no meals or drinks are included with the accommodation, and everything must be purchased separately. Prices at the beach were reasonable, but the service did not justify the experience.
